When this young man with Down syndrome celebrated his high school graduation, he knew he wanted to visit his mom’s grave to tell her all about it. Dressed to impress, the teenager brought a beautiful bouquet to honor his late mother on the special occasion. Before laying down the flowers, he gave a speech that will melt your heart! A beautiful video of this bittersweet moment has been going viral online.

“Mommy, I have something to say,” the young man said over his mom’s grave. “I graduated today. And I know you’d be so proud of me and happy. And I love you so much.”
