Kitten was dyed with toxic blue paint and abandoned in the rain, but rescuers helped her make an amazing recovery

It’s awful how some people treat animals, but happily, there are nice people who are willing to step up and provide these unfortunate creatures with the love and care they need.

One cat was cruelly colored blue and left for ᴅᴇᴀᴅ, but a rescuer helped her make an incredible transformation…

According to YouTube video The Moho, the cat was discovered outside in the rain. Someone allegedly dyed her with toxic blue ink for “cruel fun” and then discarded her.

Animal rescuer Amauri Gomes discovered the cat and transported her to the doctor. They began the time-consuming task of meticulously cleaning the blue paint from her using pet-safe cleaners and oils.

With time and effort, the rescuers were able to remove 90% of the paint. The cat was in discomfort throughout the procedure, and much of her fur was removed, but they did their best to keep her calm and comfortable, and she was reportedly cooperative.

They appropriately called the cat “Blue.” The rescuers fed her and offered medical attention, and Blue rapidly recovered, allegedly having the “sweetest demeanor.”

And once they had removed the majority of the blue paint, her actual colors shone through, displaying a lovely white and gray coat.

Once the cat had healed, regained weight and was back to her natural colors, she was reportedly placed up for adoption.

It’s unbelievable that anyone would dye a cat blue like this, but we’re glad she’s now doing well and back to her normal colors 💙 Thank you to everyone who saved Blue!
