Mom Discovers Her Son’s Bride Is Actually Her Long-Lost Daughter On Their Wedding Day

Recently, a wedding in China turned into a family reunion.

A Chinese mother made a shocking discovery on her son’s wedding day: the bride was actually her long-lost daughter.

The unforgettable reunion took place on Wednesday, March 31, in Suzhou, Jiangsu province.

As she helped the bride get ready, she noticed a small birthmark on her hand—something familiar, something stirring in her memory.

Unable to shake off the feeling, she approached the bride’s parents to inquire if their daughter had been adopted about 20 years ago.

The bride’s parents were stunned by the question. They had kept the adoption a secret, even from their beloved daughter.

Eventually, they confirmed that they had found the bride as a baby, abandoned by the side of the road. They had taken her in and raised her as their own.

Upon hearing this revelation, the bride burst into tears and embraced her biological mother.

In a moment captured by the wedding photographer, she whispered through tears that meeting her birth mom was “happier than the wedding day itself.”

The joyous reunion, however, was tinged with uncertainty. The bride was initially distressed about her impending marriage, worrying that she might be marrying her brother.

Yet, fate had another surprise in store. The groom, too, was adopted.

His mother, who had long searched in vain for her missing daughter, had welcomed him into her life and heart.

With this revelation, the wedding continued as planned.

The celebration became a double joy for the guests, who not only witnessed a beautiful wedding but also the heartwarming reunion of a mother and daughter.

This remarkable story is one of many recent instances of long-lost families finding each other.

Just last month, another Chinese woman was reunited with her birth family after being kidnapped and sold three decades ago.

Similarly, in 2018, an Asian couple found their son 22 years after he had been abducted.
